Real Estate Agents Act 2008

The Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (the Act) came into effect on 17 November 2009 and replaced the Real Estate Agents Act 1996.   The purpose of the Act is to promote and protect the interests of consumers, and promote public confidence in the performance of real estate agency work.
